We stand behind our installation work with a straightforward 2-year labor warranty.
What's covered
ZENVRO LLC provides a 2-year labor warranty for mini split installation work completed by our team.
This warranty covers labor-related installation issues, including:
- Drain line installation issues
- Loose installation connections
- Mounting issues
- Problems caused directly by our workmanship
What's not covered
This labor warranty does not cover:
- Equipment or manufacturer defects
- Failed parts
- Refrigerant leaks caused by factory defects
- Electrical problems from the home
- Lack of maintenance
- Clogged drain lines caused by dirt or neglect
- Damage caused by misuse, weather, or animals
- Any work performed or modified by another person/company after installation
Manufacturer warranty
Manufacturer warranty is handled through the equipment manufacturer and may require approval, parts replacement, or documentation from the manufacturer.
